Our repair process begins with a thorough diagnostic. Modern standby generators store fault codes in their control panels - we read those codes, test the battery and charging system, inspect the fuel supply, verify sensor readings, and test the automatic transfer switch. Most issues fall into a few categories: dead or failing batteries, fuel supply problems (especially propane regulators and natural gas pressure), sensor failures, and control board faults.

For Generac, Kohler, Cummins, and Kenerator systems, we stock the most commonly needed parts: batteries, spark plugs, air and oil filters, fuses, sensors, and control boards. In many cases, we can diagnose and repair your generator in a single visit. For less common parts, our dealer relationships give us priority ordering - typically 2 to 3 business days.
