Full Time Generator Installation and Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• As the Carolina’s Generac Installation and Service Specialists, we are expanding our team. We are looking for a certified Generac standby generator installation / maintenance technician to work in our service area. Our home office is in Campobello.
• We pride ourselves on skilled and talented individuals. We look for those who have already undergone Generac certification, but are willing to consider and train those who have installation or maintenance experience, but are not yet certified.

Responsibilties

• Installing Whole-Home standby generators
• Maintaining Whole-Home standby generators
• Repair portable-generators as needed
• Be open to after hours service calls (higher pay rate for holiday, weekends, and after hours when performed)

Requirements

• Experience working with Generac whole home generators (in any capacity)
• Generac certified for air-cooled maintenance (ideally)
• Generac certified for liquid-cooled maintenance (ideally)
• Own the full set of tools to properly maintain generators. We can assist you in purchasing any missing tools as needed.
• Ability to work on your own as needed.
• Ability to keep a clean worksite (we require photos before and after every installation and maintenance visit) so we can send the client a before and after of their home.
• Clean Driving Record
